​/KASE, September 23, 2026/ – On September 21, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Smart Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) ​KZ2P00019565 (SMTLb2; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement; 30/360);

2) ​KZ2P00019698 (SMTLb3; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement; 30/360);

3) ​KZ2P00019706 (SMTLb4; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect as of September 23, 2026.

​Opening of trades in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​The issues of the specified bonds are the first, second and third within the framework of the first bond program of Smart Leasing LLP registered on August 26, 2026 for the amount of KZT 30.0 bn.
