​/KASE, September 23, 2026/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (KASE ticker – JSBN) has provided the issue prospectus for bonds KZ2C00018059 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, JSBNb13; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn; 02.07.26 – 02.07.31; semi-annual coupon, 17.45 % per annum; 30/360) with amendments registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market on September 21, 2026, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue replacing the previously issued one.
