​/KASE, September 21, 2026/ – Eurasian Development Bank (KASE ticker – EABR) provided details of the KZ2D00019437 ("securities of international financial organizations" sector, EABRb69; $500.0 mln; 90 days; actual/365) discount bond issue with amendments registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on September 16, 2026, and a certificate of state registration of the bond issue replacing the previously issued one.

​According to the specified documents:

• ​the certificate was replaced due to a change in the number of authorized bonds, volume of the issue and term of the bonds;
• ​the number was changed from 500 mln to 300 mln pieces;
• ​the volume of the issue was changed from $500.0 mln to $300.0 mln;
• ​the term was changed from 90 days to 9 months.
