/KASE, September 18, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Maikuben-West JSC (KASE ticker: MKBW) dated September 9, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

•Zh. K. Kdyrbayev was removed;

•M. B. Khishina was elected.

Following these changes, the Board of Directors of Maikuben-West JSC consists of three members.
