/KASE, September 16, 2026/ – Special trading sessions for the placement of municipal bonds were held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today.

According to the results of the special trading sessions, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003820 ("government securities" sector, ATK022_382; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,000,000,000; 14.08.26 – 14.06.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Almaty region for KZT 1.5 bn;

2) KZMJ00003101 ("government securities" sector, ARK022_310; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,000,000,000; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Atyrau region for KZT 1.0 bn;

3) KZMJ00002939 ("government securities" sector, KOK024_293; KZT 1,000, KZT 15,539,672,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qyzylorda region for KZT 0.2 bn;

4) KZMJ00004125 ("government securities" sector, KOK022_412; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,391,190,000; 16.09.26 – 16.07.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qyzylorda region for KZT 2.4 bn;

5) KZMJ00002954 ("government securities" sector, SKK024_295; KZT 1,000, KZT 9,365,457,000; 27.03.26 – 27.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of North Kazakhstan region for KZT 0.6 bn;

7) KZSJ00000234 ("government securities" sector, SHK022_023; KZT 1,000, KZT 20,395,113,000; 21.05.26 – 21.03.28; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of the city of Shymkent for KZT 1.5 bn;

8) KZMJ00004174 ("government securities" sector, ZKK084_417; KZT 1,000, KZT 6,871,383,000; 16.09.26 – 16.09.33; annual coupon, 12.81 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 6.9 bn;

9) KZMJ00004182 ("government securities" sector, ZKK120_418; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,290,460,000; 16.09.26 – 16.09.36; annual coupon, 12.81 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 2.3 bn.

These bonds were issued in order to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, capital repairs) of wastewater treatment plant facilities, heating, electricity, water supply and sanitation networks and systems, as well as the construction and/or acquisition/repurchase of housing and/or apartments in shared-equity residential construction projects.
