/KASE, September 16, 2026/ – On September 14, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2D00019593 (MIDMpp3; $1,000, $1.1 mln; 7 years; annual coupon, 0.10 % per annum; 30/360) of Private Company Midgard Mining Limited (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
An additional coupon is provided for the specified bonds, the amount of which is determined based on financial performance results.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 16, 2026.
