/KASE, September 15, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of September 16, 2026 trading in common shares US30303M1027 (sector "KASE Global", META_KZ) of Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on September 21, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from September 23, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 77 of chapter 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of trading" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date on the specified shares.
