Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC reported completion of two CNY-denominated bond issues
/KASE, September 14, 2026/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker: BRKZ) reported the following:

On September 9, 2026, the Company completed the issuance of: (1) the Company's bonds in the amount of 2,000,000,000 Chinese yuan with a coupon rate of 2.25% per annum maturing in 2031, issued as Series 23 under the Company's Medium Term Note Programme for USD 6,800,000,000; and (2) the Company's bonds in the amount of 1,700,000,000 Chinese yuan with a coupon rate of 2.75% per annum maturing in 2036, issued as Series 24 under the Company's Medium Term Note Programme for USD 6,800,000,000.
The specified bonds were assigned the following ratings:
- Fitch Ratings Limited: BBB (stable outlook);
- S&P Global Ratings Europe Limited: BBB (stable outlook); and
- Moody's Investors Service Limited – Baa1 (stable outlook).
