/KASE, September 11, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated September 8, 2026, consent was granted to include proposed international bonds XS3493437548 (ASDBe27; KZT 1,000; KZT 18.8 bn; 16.09.26 – 16.10.29; semi-annual coupon, 14.90 % per annum; actual/365) of Asian Development Bank in the "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE official list.
The admission initiator of the specified bonds is Tencor Securities JSC.
This decision of the Management Board comes into effect on September 11, 2026.
Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
