/KASE, September 11, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker: BRKZ) dated August 28, 2026, B.B. Omarov was removed from the company's Management Board.

Following this change, the Management Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of four members.
