/KASE, September 9, 2026/ – On September 8, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private Placement" market:
KZ2C00019990 (KACMpp10; CNY 1,000, CNY 2.5 bn; 4 years 11 months 26 days; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful placement of bonds; actual/360);
KZ2C00020006 (KACMpp11; CNY 1,000, CNY 3.0 bn; 4 years 11 months 26 days; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful placement of bonds; actual/360).
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 9, 2026.
