/KASE, September 9, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker: TMJL) dated August 26, 2026, N.N. Godunova was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

​Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of eight members.
