/KASE, September 9, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that on September 10, 2026, an offering of international bonds XS3493437548 of the Asian Development Bank will be held in KASE's trading system via a subscription to them under the terms and conditions set out below (Astana time).

Tencor Securities JSC (hereinafter – the Seller) acts as the initiator of the subscription for the specified bonds.

The price in an order must indicate the coupon rate as a percentage per annum with an accuracy of two decimal places.

The number of financial instruments in an order must be specified in the nominal volume in tenge. A lot is equal to one bond, and the minimum order amount is KZT 1,000.

According to the terms of this subscription, the list of additional information about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the specified bonds includes the last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity.
