​/KASE, September 8, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC (KASE ticker: SEGR) dated August 31, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• ​removed: B. B. Nurgozhayev;
• ​elected: A. A. Omarova.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Station Ekibastuzskaya GRES-2 JSC consists of six members.
