​/KASE, September 8, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (KASE ticker – KMGZ) dated August 31, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• ​removed: B. K. Zakirov;
• ​elected: E. B. Sagiyev.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC consists of nine members.
