Shareholders of Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC decided to skip dividends on common shares of the company for 2025
/KASE, September 8, 2026/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (KASE ticker: KZCR) reported decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 24, 2026.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
to approve audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
not to distribute net income of the company for 2025 in the amount of KZT 139,742,248 thous.;
not to declare or pay dividends on common shares of the company for 2025.
In total, decisions on five agenda items were adopted at the general meeting of shareholders.
