​/KASE, September 7, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Atameken-Agro JSC (KASE ticker – KATR) dated August 27, 2026, K. B. Kozhakhmetov was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

​Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of five members.
