​/KASE, September 7, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC (KASE ticker – AZNO) dated August 26, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• ​removed: A. Qulatayev;
• ​elected: A. Alimov.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC consists of three members.
