/KASE, September 4, 2026/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 3, 2026, decided to include the following bonds of Lombard Goldencapital.kz LLP (Qaraghandy) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market:
- KZ2P00019409 (MFGCpp2; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn, 10 years; monthly coupon – the base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 5.00 %; 30/360);
- KZ2P00019417 (MFGCpp3; $100, $10.0 mln, 10 years; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 4, 2026.
