​/KASE, September 4, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (KASE ticker – SKKZ) dated August 27, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• ​excluded: Y. Otynshiyev;
• ​elected – Zh. Kairgeldy.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC consists of seven persons.
