​/KASE, September 3, 2026/ – On September 3, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00019342 (BIPGb1; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering auctions; 30/360) of BI Property LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

​This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect as of September 03, 2026.

​Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​The issue of the specified bonds is the first under the first bond program of BI Property LLP, registered on July 30, 2026, for the amount of KZT 5.0 bn.
