​/KASE, September 3, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of SevKazEnergo JSC (KASE ticker – SKEN) dated August 28, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• ​ elected: A.A. Burdin.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of SevKazEnergo JSC consists of six persons.
