​/KASE, September 3, 2026/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (KASE ticker – MFOK) reported the decisions of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 20, 2026.

​The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

​- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;

​- due to the absence of net income for 2025, not to declare and not to pay dividends on common shares of the company for 2025.

​Decisions on a total of six agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
