/KASE, September 3, 2026/ – Sinoasia B&R Insurance JSC (KASE ticker – SABR) reported the decisions of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 24, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the annual audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
• not to distribute dividends for 2025;
• to pay declared dividends on preferred shares for the past period.

In total, decisions on six agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
