/KASE, September 3, 2026/ – On September 1, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1)KZ2P00019508 (MFUCb11; $100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2)KZ2P00019516 (MFUCb12; $100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3)KZ2P00019524 (MFUCb13; $100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4)KZ2P00019532 (MFUCb14; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 24.00 % per annum; 30/360);

5)KZ2P00019540 (MFUCb15; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 24.00 % per annum; 30/360);

6)KZ2P00019557 (MFUCb16; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 24.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board comes into effect as of September 3, 2026.
