​/KASE, September 2, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of MFO "Bereke" JSC (KASE ticker – MFBR) dated August 28, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• ​excluded: Zh. B. Khairlybaeva;
• ​elected: A. N. Khussainov and D. M. Rakhimberdin.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of MFO "Bereke" JSC consists of three persons.
