Management company "Marden Property" LLP (hereinafter – the Group) informs investors, bondholders and financial market participants that the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 are at the final stage of audit procedures.
Currently, the audit organization is performing final quality control procedures and reconciliation of reporting data.
The publication of the audited consolidated financial statements for 2025 and the auditor's report, as well as the Annual Financial Statements on the website of the Financial Statements Depository and the website of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) will be carried out immediately upon receipt of the final auditor's report from the audit organization.
