/KASE, August 31, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of September 1, 2026 trading in common shares US67066G1040 (sector "KASE Global", NVDA_KZ) of NVIDIA Corp. (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on September 10, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from September 14, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 77 of Chapter 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of trading" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date for the specified shares.
