According to the results of the vote, the powers of Yelzhas Muratovich Otynshiev, Member of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KazMunayGas and representative of the interests of JSC Samruk-Kazyna, were terminated early effective 13 August 2026. In his place, Zhandos Abayuly Kairgeldi was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KazMunayGas and representative of the interests of JSC Samruk-Kazyna.
