As of August 28, bonds KZ2C00008365 (BCCIb1) of BCC Invest JSC will be transferred from "bonds" category of alternative market to "bonds" category of main market of KASE official list
/KASE, August 27, 2026/ – On August 27, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to transfer bonds KZ2C00008365 (BCCIb1; USD 1,000, USD 10.0 mln; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 3.00 % per annum; 30/360) of BCC Invest JSC – Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (in the heading – BCC Invest JSC) from the "bonds" category of the alternative market to the "bonds" category of the main market of KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on August 28, 2026.
KASE's conclusion dated August 18, 2026, notes that BCC Invest JSC – Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC and its specified bonds have been found to comply with the listing requirements set by KASE's internal document "Listing Rules" for inclusion and quotation of the specified bonds in KASE official list under the "bonds" category of the main market.
