​/KASE, August 27, 2026/ – Today, specialized trading for the placement of five bond issues of local executive bodies was held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

​According to the results of the specialized trading, the following bonds were placed:

​1)KZMJ00004026 ("government securities" sector, JTK046_402; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,631,926,000; August 27, 2026 – June 27, 2030; semi-annual coupon, 17.27 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhetisu region for KZT 3.6 bn;

​2)KZMJ00004067 ("government securities" sector, MGK022_406; KZT 1,000, KZT 2,500,000,000; August 27, 2026 – June 27, 2028; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Mangystau region for KZT 2.5 bn;

​3)KZMJ00004091 ("government securities" sector, UTK046_409; KZT 1,000, KZT 423,658,000; August 27, 2026 – June 27, 2030; semi-annual coupon, 17.27 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Ulytau region for KZT 0.4 bn;

​4)KZSJ00000259 ("government securities" sector, SHK046_025; KZT 1,000, KZT 24,469,656,000; August 27, 2026 – June 27, 2030; semi-annual coupon, 16.15 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Shymkent city for KZT 2.0 bn;

​5)KZSJ00000267 ("government securities" sector, SHK046_026; KZT 1,000, KZT 216,771,000; August 27, 2026 – June 27, 2030; semi-annual coupon, 17.27 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Shymkent city for KZT 0.2 bn.

​The specified bonds were issued to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heating, electricity, water supply, and sanitation networks and systems, as well as the construction and (or) acquisition, buyout of housing and (or) apartments in shared housing construction facilities.
