/KASE, August 27, 2026/ – On August 27, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00019495 (KAFIpp13; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 3 years 9 months 15 days; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of August 27, 2026.
