/KASE, August 27, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC (KASE ticker – MFOK) dated August 20, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors of the company:
- excluded: Dosumov S. T., Mukhamejanov A. B.;
- elected: Khusainov G. A., Ishmuratov T. Zh.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC consists of three people.
