Schoolbus LLP announces the signing of a long-term contract with North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC) for the provision of comprehensive passenger transportation and fleet management services.
Under the contract, Schoolbus will provide and operate buses, minibuses, passenger cars, and specialized vehicles, as well as offer driver services, dispatching, technical maintenance, and other support for the vehicle fleet.
The contract term is 84 months, including mobilization and demobilization periods. Services will be provided at NCOC facilities in Atyrau, Aqtau, Astana, West Eskene, and Bautino.
Rates for the provision and operation of vehicles under the contract are denominated in US dollars.
