​/KASE, August 24, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker – TMJL) dated August 13, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

​- R. Kudaibergenov was excluded;

​- S. Satzhan was elected.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of nine people.
