Sole shareholder of Mangistaumunaigaz JSC decided to pay dividends on common and preferred shares of company for 2025
/KASE, August 24, 2026/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (KASE ticker – MMGZ) reported decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 21, 2026.
The shareholder, among other things, decided to distribute retained net earnings of the company in the amount of KZT 70,814,900,000 for payment of dividends for 2025:
- dividend amount per common and preferred share – KZT 650.00;
- dividends on preferred shares in the amount of KZT 708,149,000 to be paid on August 25, 2026;
- dividends on common shares in the amount of KZT 70,106,751,000 to be paid on August 26, 2026.
