/KASE, August 24, 2026/ – On August 18, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00019292 (MFLGb29; KZT 1,000, KZT 700.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00019300 (MFLGb30; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00019318 (MFLGb31; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.2 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00019326 (MFLGb32; USD 100, USD 1.5 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360);

5) KZ2P00019334 (MFLGb33; USD 100, USD 1.5 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board comes into effect on August 24, 2026.
