/KASE, August 21, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of August 24, 2026 trading in common shares US55261F1049 (sector "KASE Global", MTB_KZ) of M&T Bank Corporation (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty, whose settlement date falls on September 1, 2026 and subsequent dates.

Trading in these shares on KASE will be resumed from September 3, 2026.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 77 of Chapter 13 of KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to receipt by KASE of information about the record date for the specified shares.
