We hereby notify you that Teniz Capital Brokerage Ltd., BIN 240640900275 (the "Company"), has changed its name. The new name of the Company is Teniz Capital (AIFC) Ltd. The change of the Company's name became effective on 11 August 2026 pursuant to the relevant resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company and has been registered by the Registrar of Companies of the Astana International Financial Centre (the "AIFC") in the register of companies of the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA).

The change of the Company's name does not affect its legal form, registration number, licences, or any contractual or other rights and obligations of the Company.
