​/KASE, August 19, 2026/ – On August 19, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

​KZ2P00019276 (MFAFb16; $100, $2.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 14.00 % per annum; 30/360);

​KZ2P00019284 (MFAFb17; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.5 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, 24.00 % per annum; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect as of August 19, 2026.

​Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​The bond issue KZ2P00019276 (MFAFb16) is the second within the first bond program of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP, registered on August 25, 2021, for the amount of USD 5.0 mln.

​The bond issue KZ2P00019284 (MFAFb17) is the second within the second bond program of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP, registered on August 18, 2021, for the amount of KZT 4.0 bn.
