As of August 19, common shares KZ1C00001379 (KMCP) of Kazakhmys Copper JSC are delisted from KASE at the initiative of their issuer
/KASE, August 19, 2026/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 18, 2026, common shares KZ1C00001379 (KASE main market, "standard" category, KMCP) of Kazakhmys Copper JSC were removed from KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect as of August 19, 2026.
This decision was made based on the application of Kazakhmys Copper JSC for the voluntary delisting of the specified shares from KASE.
The specified shares were included in KASE official list in the "shares" sector of the alternative market on January 16, 2018, and have been in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market since July 1, 2020. Trading in them was opened on January 31, 2018.
