​Based on the results of the specialized trades, the following bonds were offered:

​14) KZSJ00000242 (SHK046_024; KZT 1,000, KZT 3,186,041,000; 17.08.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 17.27 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of the city of Shymkent for KZT 3.2 bn.

​These bonds were issued in order to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities complexes, heating, power, water supply and sanitation networks and systems, as well as the construction and (or) acquisition, buyback of housing and (or) apartments in shared residential construction projects.
