/KASE, August 13, 2026/ – On August 11, 2026 the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00019151 (MFRFb30; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement auction; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission is August 13, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.

The issue of these bonds is the first under the fourth bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP, registered on July 20, 2026 in the amount of KZT 30.0 bn.
