​/KASE, August 13, 2026/ – On August 11, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

​1) KZ2P00019003 (MFBLb11; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

​2) KZ2P00019037 (MFBLb12; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

​3) KZ2P00019011 (MFBLb13; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 4 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

​4) KZ2P00019029 (MFBLb14; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 5 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing commission comes into force on August 13, 2026.

​The opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​The issues of these bonds are the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth within the second bond program of Birinshi Lombard LLP registered on January 14, 2025 for an amount of KZT 10.0 bn.
