​/KASE, August 13, 2026/ – On August 12, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00019362 (BERKb21; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 9 months; floating semi- annual coupon – base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 0.4 %; actual/actual) of Bereke Bank JSC (SB of Lesha Bank LLC (Public)) (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

​This decision of the Management Board comes into force on August 13, 2026.
