/KASE, August 13, 2026/ – EKOTON+ JSC (KASE ticker – EKTN) announced the decisions of its annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 7, 2026.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's consolidated and separate financial statements for 2025;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2025, and to retain net income for 2025 at the company's disposal.

In total, the general meeting of shareholders adopted decisions on five agenda items.
