/KASE, August 12, 2026/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 6, 2026, the following international bonds of the Asian Development Bank were included in the "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE official list:
XS3459893312 (ASDBe25; KZT 1,000; KZT 15.0 bn; 3 years 7 months; semi-annual coupon, 14.90 % per annum; 30/360);
social XS3459894047 (ASDBe26; KZT 1,000; KZT 9.0 bn; 4 years 9 months; semi-annual coupon, 14.55 % per annum; 30/360).
The initiator of the admission of these bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
This decision of the Management Board comes into force on August 12, 2026.
The opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
