​/KASE, August 12, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Phystech II JSC (KASE ticker – PHYS) dated July 24, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

​excluded: A.S. Nogaybaev, I. Sultanov, A.Zh. Aidarbaeva, D.E. Zhunuspaev, R.N. Makulbekov, M.S. Doshan;

​elected: M.K. Mustafaev, K.T. Bekqali, F.Kh. Abytov.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Phystech II JSC consists of three persons.
