/KASE, August 12, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (KASE ticker – TMJL) dated July 30, 2026, Zh. A. Qairgeldi was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC consists of nine persons.
