​/KASE, August 11, 2026/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of National Company "QazaqGaz" JSC (KASE ticker – KZTG) dated August 6, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

​E.M. Otynshiyev was excluded;

​Zh.A. Qairgeldi was elected.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National Company "QazaqGaz" JSC consists of eight persons.
